Following extensive research into quality shutters and their fitting along with the help of an interior design colleague the decision was taken to request a quote from the above company. Pat responded immediately in a very professional, efficient and approachable manner and gave us the confidence to go ahead with shutters for the entire front of our house comprising of 5 large windows. After all the searching and reading about shutters, I discovered Shutter Gallery NI. Pat called to survey and quote and I found him very easy to deal with. He explained everything very clearly to me and made certain I understood, before moving to the next stage. I was intent on getting shutters for my house and had done a lot of research, got various quotes and considered some of the online options for diy measurement and installation (which I'm now really grateful I didn't pursue). The initial quote I got from the Shutter Gallery was very competitive, Pat the owner came to my house, discussed the options, measured up and gave me a final quote which included fitting which came in less than what it would have cost me to buy them online and fit myself. I was kept informed as promised in terms of when the shutters would be made, delivered and fitted. The fitting itself was done with great care and craft, even cleaning up after himself which does not always happen. I'm really happy with the finished product, they look amazing as well as feeling solid with a good build quality, exactly as I had hoped. A very professional, courteous service at a great price.

After numerous searches on the internet we decided to go with shutters and the only choice for us was The Shutter Gallery. Pat came round to price everything up and explain the process, I found Pat to be very personable, professional, hard working and genuine. After years of dealing with mediocre tradesmen doing various things around our house, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Shutter Gallery NI and have Pat come and install our shutters. Dear Pat,
Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the shutters, it makes such a difference to the room, looks twice as big now. It is wonderful that what ever way the sun is shining on the bay window we can adjust each section of the shutter accordingly. I was actually able to sit and see the moon last night without having to have the whole window area open to the outside. It is so practical and private. I am now able to easily open the side windows every morning without fighting with huge curtains to get at the window and letting in the fresh air. You certainly made the whole experience enjoyable everything arrived on time and we were never kept waiting and it was great that you kept us in the picture after we had placed the order with you. You really did a great job fitting the shutters and we have already recommended you to our friends who have seen the shutters and were really impressed. Hopefully you will be in Co. Down very soon.
